I barely have time as it is. How does this actually fit?
That's exactly why Club Crux exists. Sessions are 45–60 minutes, timed to suit your week. You don't need to think, plan, or prepare — you show up, your coach runs the session. You leave. The mental load stays with us.
Is $597 worth it compared to just joining a commercial gym?
A commercial gym membership gives you access to equipment. We give you a coach who knows your body, a program built for you, and accountability that actually produces results. The 28-day pack works out to less than $50 per coached session.
I'm not fit enough / I've been inactive for a while. Will I keep up?
Every single member starts with a baseline assessment. We know your starting point before your first session. The programming is built specifically for where you are — not some fictional average person. You won't be thrown in the deep end.
What happens after the 28 days?
We'll have a clear picture of your progress, your preferences, and what's working. From there you can continue with a membership that suits your goals. There's no pressure and no lock-in. You choose what's right for you.
What does "semi-private" actually mean?
You train alongside up to two other members — but each person has an individual program. The 3:1 ratio means your coach is genuinely watching and coaching you every session. It's the accountability of private training with the energy of a small group.
