Your Consultation

60 minutes of focused clinical time. Your EP listens, screens your movement, and maps your pain — giving you a clear explanation of what's actually going on in your body.

Your Plan in Hand

Walk out with a written 4-week rehabilitation program tailored to your body and goals. Kickstart clients begin their supervised sessions the following week.

Build & Progress

Week by week, you move better, feel stronger, and rebuild your confidence. Your program is adjusted as you progress — so you're always working at the right level.
