  • Our diverse team is equipped with university qualified Exercise Physiologists, personal trainers, remedial massage therapists and nutrition coaches with a combined experience of over 50+ years.

  • Club Crux is a private personal training studio focused on delivering hyper-personalised training, nutrition and recovery programs for busy, health focused driven professionals.

    Although we are not a typical 24/7 gym where you train by yourself, our clients come to train with a coach 2-4 per week. That way they’re never left alone wondering what they need to do next to achieve their goals.

  • Private Personal Training sessions are 1-on-1 and give the clients 100% attention and extra reassurance.

    Semi-private sessions include up to 3 others but remain fully individualised, giving you coaching, community, and accountability.
