Running a business is tough. It consumes a lot of your time and mental energy. ⁣

Having the capacity for training can really be a mental battle more than a physical one at times. 

Meet Chris @chrisclark, he works in digital marketing with high-stress, demanding hours. ⁣

Chris has been a member of Crux for the past 2 years. Before becoming a member, he struggled to shake the Covid kilos and it was really impacting his energy levels. 


Now, he’s stronger than ever, dropped a few belt sizes and truly living his best life. 

We’ve been working closely with Chris over the past couple of years to ensure he stays consistent with his training and implement healthy habits into his lifestyle. 

He now understands the importance of not missing training for his mental and physical health. But at the same time, he has this new found energy to enjoy music festivals (not seated in the back row anymore), just like he did when he was younger.

Chris’s membership allows him to attend any of our semi-private sessions with the added bonus of booking extra sessions for himself & his son whenever he needs.
