We're at Shop 3, 1 Cordelia Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101 — inside the Brisbane 1 Building, on the corner of Cordelia St, Peel St and Boundary Rd.

Street parking is available on all three surrounding streets. Most clients find a park on Peel St immediately before their session. South Brisbane train station and several bus stops are also close by.

It's a quick 5–10 minute phone call — usually with Tony, sometimes another coach. We want to hear where you're at right now and where you want to be. We'll cover any injuries or previous setbacks so we can make sure the baseline assessment is the right next step for you.

No pressure, no pitch. Just a conversation to make sure we're setting you up properly from the start.

The assessment runs for 60 minutes and covers four areas:

  • A VO2 max test on the bike
  • A full body composition scan
  • A movement assessment testing each joint and its range
  • A strength assessment to map the loads you can move with good form

Wear comfortable activewear and bring a towel. It's thorough — you'll likely work up a sweat — but it's designed to give us a complete picture, not to wear you out.

No payment required until after your initial assessment. The assessment is your chance to meet the team, experience how we coach, and get your results clearly mapped out.

From there, if the strategy we've built for you feels right, we'll offer the 28-Day Kickstart — or a longer, more involved program for bigger transformations. You decide what you'd like to do from there.

We run sessions around the clock, by appointment. Our most popular windows are 6–8am and 4–8pm — both of which are close to capacity. If you have a preferred time, mention it when you enquire and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Nothing specific. If you've been cleared to exercise post-injury or surgery, you're good to go. If not, we'll guide you through next steps to make sure we move forward safely — and proactively.

No problem. We include calendar rescheduling links in all booking correspondence so you can move things around at your convenience.
